These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our’s website and services. By booking a consultation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We operates as a diversified group offering engineering, agriculture, and technology solutions across three specialised divisions:
- Mushonga Civil Engineering — civil engineering and infrastructure services, including road and access infrastructure, water and drainage works, earthworks and site development, concrete and structural works, infrastructure construction and rehabilitation, project and construction management support, plant and equipment-related project support, technical planning and estimation, and infrastructure maintenance and improvement.
- Leben Vita — agriculture and agribusiness services, including agricultural production and farm development, agricultural value-chain development, smart irrigation solutions, water-use efficiency and irrigation planning, crop production support, agricultural project development, agribusiness planning and feasibility, and market linkage and value-chain opportunities.
- InterTech — technology and ICT services, including software development, business systems and digital solutions, ICT consulting, website and web application development, business process digitisation, systems integration, technology strategy and advisory, and digital workflow and automation.
Full details of each service are outlined on our website and may be updated from time to time. Specific scope, deliverables, and terms for any engagement will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement.
Payment Terms
Payments may be made via:
- Stripe — secure online payment processing
- Bank transfer — where arranged in advance
All fees are due as specified at the time of booking or invoicing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled consultation or appointment.
- Commitment fees paid at the time of booking are non-refundable, but may be credited toward a rescheduled appointment if notice is given within the required timeframe. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the commitment fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
